Yes. Our manufacturing partners conduct third-party testing for purity, potency, and contaminants. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

Can I return supplements?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all OTC supplements. No return required. Contact support@curavita.com with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Clinical Programs
How does the online consultation work?
You complete a structured medical intake form online. A licensed provider (through our partner Wheel Health) reviews your case within 24 hours and makes a clinical decision. Most programs use asynchronous review — no video call required.
What happens if I'm not approved?
You receive a 100% automatic refund if a provider declines to prescribe. No action required from you. Refunds process within 2 business days.
Are compound medications FDA-approved?
No. Compound medications are prepared at state-licensed compounding pharmacies based on a physician's prescription. They are not FDA-approved. See our Telehealth Disclaimer for full information.
Can I cancel my clinical program?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No charges after cancellation. An active Rx cycle may complete at provider discretion.
Is my health data protected?
Yes. Clinical data is stored in a HIPAA-compliant AWS environment, completely isolated from our wellness platform. We have signed BAAs with all clinical vendors.
Account & Billing
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to Dashboard → My Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel. No phone call required. You'll be offered a skip-month option before cancellation.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause a wellness supplement subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from your dashboard.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via Stripe. CuraVita never stores card numbers on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
