A licensed provider reviews your intake and approves your clinical program. They transmit an electronic prescription via DoseSpot Surescripts — the same certified e-prescribing system used by major hospital networks. The prescription is created as a verified clinical document inside our HIPAA-compliant system.

02 Prescription Hash Generated

Our system generates a cryptographic hash of your prescription — a unique, fixed-length digital fingerprint of the document. Crucially, the hash contains no patient-identifiable information. It is a mathematical representation of the prescription, not the prescription itself. Your protected health information (PHI) never leaves our HIPAA environment.

 03 Hash Written to Solana

The prescription hash is written to the Solana blockchain as an on-chain record. This transaction is permanent and immutable. The exact timestamp, prescribing provider's credential signature, and prescription hash are recorded publicly on-chain. Once written, no one — including CuraVita360 — can alter or delete this record.

When you present your credential, the pharmacy queries the Solana blockchain to confirm: this prescription hash exists on-chain, it was issued by a credentialed provider, it has not been altered since issuance, and it has not been presented for filling at another location.
