This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and credits are handled for purchases made through CuraVita360 Health, including over-the-counter (OTC) wellness supplements and clinical care programs. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

OTC Supplements — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our wellness products. If you are not satisfied with any OTC supplement purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. No return required — keep or donate the product.

•  Refund issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days

•  One refund per product per customer

•  Subscription cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds for past billing periods

•  Unopened products cancelled within 1 hour of order may be cancelled without a refund request

Clinical Care Programs — Non-Refundable for Declined Prescriptions

CuraVita Clinical Care is a cash-pay telehealth service. The clinical program enrollment fee is charged at the time of enrollment, before provider review. This fee covers the licensed provider's time and clinical work — including review of your medical intake, evaluation of your eligibility, and the clinical decision regarding your prescription. Because this work is completed regardless of the outcome, the enrollment fee is non-refundable in the circumstances described below.

Provider Declines a Prescription

If a licensed provider determines that a clinical program or prescription medication is not the right fit for you, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. The provider's clinical review work has been completed and represents value already delivered to you.

In place of a refund, your enrollment automatically converts into a personalized wellness pathway powered by our In-App AI Health Coach. Specifically:

•  The AI Health Coach (powered by the Claude AI API and validated against CuraVita's clinical formulary) reviews your intake responses, goals, and any provider notes.

•  You receive a curated supplement stack recommendation drawn from CuraVita's OTC wellness catalog — calibrated to your specific health picture.

•   You receive a recommended daily wellness routine covering supplements, lifestyle, and follow-up steps you can further consult with your personal physician.

•   You retain ongoing access to the AI Health Coach inside the CuraVita360 mobile app.

The OTC products recommended by the AI Health Coach are suggestions only. You are not required to purchase any of them, and the recommendations are yours to keep.

Provider Approves and Prescription Dispensed

Once a provider approves your case and a prescription is issued or dispensed, the program fee for that billing period is non-refundable. Refunds do not apply to dispensed medications. If you wish to return a dispensed medication, contact the dispensing pharmacy directly per its return policy.

Patient Cancels Before Provider Review

If you cancel your enrollment before a licensed provider has begun reviewing your case, contact us within 24 hours of enrollment to request a full refund of the enrollment fee. Refunds requested in this window are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing subscription billing at any time from your account dashboard at curavita360health.com or by emailing care@curavita360health.com. Cancellation stops all future billing for the subscription, but does not automatically refund prior billing periods or enrollment fees.

Payment Methods

CuraVita accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payment cards linked to a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are accepted at checkout for both OTC and eligible clinical care purchases. CuraVita does not bill insurance directly; however, we can issue a Superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.

How to Request a Refund

Email care@curavita360health.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. Refund eligibility is reviewed against the terms above, and approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. For Superbill requests, email clinical@curavita360health.com include your order number and the date of service.
