OTC Supplements — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with any OTC supplement purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. No return required — keep or donate the product.
- Refund issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days
- One refund per product per customer
- Subscription cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds for past billing periods
- Unopened products cancelled within 1 hour of order may be cancelled without refund request
Clinical Programs — Provider Decline Refund
We charge the clinical program subscription fee at enrollment — before provider review. This is standard practice for telehealth platforms. We offer a full automatic refund policy:
- Provider declines: 100% automatic refund, no action required from you. Processed within 2 business days.
- Provider approves and Rx dispensed: The program fee for that billing period is non-refundable.
- Patient cancels before provider review: Contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.
- Medication already shipped: Refunds do not apply to dispensed medications. Contact the pharmacy per their return policy.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@curavita.com with your order number and reason. For clinical program declines, refunds are processed automatically — no action required.
